Initial comprehensive assessment and body composition testing
18 x 1 hour training sessions with a Trained by BV coach in a small group environment.
A training plan to follow if you have the capacity to do additional sessions to your in person sessions.
A structured nutrition plan with education around nutrition fundamentals.
Guidance and accountability with access to our expert coaches.
After the initial 6 weeks, we then take a 2 week break before moving on to the next phase.
